All intellectual or industrial property rights with respect to the works published by Filmpeople v.o.f rest, except where expressly stated otherwise, exclusively with Filmpeople v.o.f. Insofar as not expressly and unambiguously permitted by Filmpeople v.o.f or by law, nothing from the works published by Filmpeople v.o.f may be made public or reproduced in any way, including being stored in any automated file. The other party is not permitted to remove or alter any indication of copyright, trade names, trademarks or other intellectual or industrial property rights from the works and (software) materials published by Filmpeople v.o.f. In the case of a usage right granted by Filmpeople v.o.f for electronic publications, the other party is allowed to make a reasonable number of electronic copies of the electronic publications, exclusively for inactive backup or archival purposes, as well as to make one printout of the electronic publications, exclusively for personal use.
