Hollands Licht has started shooting the second season of *Voetbalouders* for Netflix, with Chris Zegers, Lone van Roosendaal, Martijn Fischer, Michiel Romeyn, and Funda Müjde joining the existing cast. The comedy series, written and directed by Ilse Warringa, revolves once again this season around overenthusiastic parents who act like teenagers while their children enter adolescence themselves. Co-direction is in the hands of Albert Jan Van Rees. The first season spent seven weeks in the Dutch Netflix Top 10. Season 2 is expected to be released in 2027.
