We are looking for someone with an audiovisual/media background. For example, someone who is currently studying or has recently completed a course as an AV Specialist, Audiovisual Media, Creative Business, Smart Media Production, or a similar media program.
You absolutely do not need years of experience, but you do need to know what you are doing with a camera, lighting, and sound. You can independently shoot a small production and ensure that the visuals, lighting, and audio are technically sound.
In addition, we value independence, strong communication skills, and flexibility. Assignments vary in scope and can sometimes arise at short notice. Therefore, you enjoy switching gears quickly and occasionally taking on a job when it suits you.
We are thinking, for example, of someone who has just graduated from a media program or is still studying, and can take on these assignments as a nice side income alongside their studies. It is a fun way to gain practical experience, shoot productions independently, and work flexibly at the same time.
