Bo escapes her strict conservative Christian home environment through art school, where she meets the intriguing David. When he reintroduces her to faith, she begins to rediscover her beliefs.

Synopsis: The film begins at art school, where Bo is just starting out and is getting to know new people. Bo and her class are also given the assignment to create a work of art that reflects something about their faith. Bo immediately has a good connection with classmate David. It turns out that Bo is not happy at home. Her father is a strict conservative Christian and Bo has not been able to identify with that all her life. During dinner, Bo has a short discussion with her father. The next day she gets to talk to David and Bo starts to develop feelings for him. David's mother, just like Bo, also appears to have died. To Bo's even greater surprise, he also turns out to be a Christian, but in a completely different way than she is used to. When she is invited to his home, where Spike is also present, she experiences a completely different way of believing than her father's. She doubts the existence of God, and that inspires her to create her work of art. The film ends when Bo places her work of art at her mother's grave in the presence of her father.

Bo
19 years old, artistic, intelligent, introvert girl with a big opinion. She is dreamy, charming, loves listening to music and sitting in her own bubble. She does not feel at home in the boxes of the conservative reformed church and her family, which now only consists of her strict father.
- Requirements: Charming young woman who looks 19 and can play many different layered emotions credibly. Lead role, who must be present all 3 days of shooting.
- Preference: We prefer someone with a colorful, diverse wardrobe. If you don't have one, we'd still love to receive your application!

Hendrik (father Bo)
50 years old, lives a gloomy, humble life. He has an office job, lives in a consistent rhythm (always goes to bed at 9:30 PM), doesn't watch TV, has an old phone, faithfully goes to church twice every Sunday. He is close-minded and lives in an extremely conservative Christian bubble. His daughter is a disgrace to him, because he thinks she doesn't care about God. Hendrik is also broken by the loss of his wife. He is a strict father who will always keep his and his wife's principles in his possession. He doesn't change his mind easily, and having a discussion with him is a hopeless task.
- Requirements: man between 40 and 60 years old without tattoos/piercings/etc. present on set 2 out of 3 shooting days.
- Preference: We prefer a thin, young man with dark clothing at his disposal (e.g. blouses and brown trousers). If you do not meet these preferences, we would still like to receive your application!

David
19 years old, artistic, passionate, extrovert, charming, friendly, dares to stand up for his opinion. He is in an evangelical community and is fanatical about his faith, together with Spike, who he also knows from church and is now also in the class. They are very good friends. David is a well-groomed type with a sincere and gentle character.
- Requirements: Charming young man who looks 19 and can act out believable dialogues. Present on set 2 out of 3 shooting days.
- Preference: We prefer a blond person with wild hair, in possession of large glasses (with or without prescription) and/or artistic clothing. If you do not meet these preferences, we would still like to receive your application!

Spike
19 years old, looks a lot like David on the inside, but not at all on the outside. Spike is a small boy with a big personality. Drawing has a special place in his heart and his big dream to go to art school has come true. He is a bit 'goofy' / 'lanky'; it is very clear with him that he likes to do things his own way. There is always mess around him. He does not care what others think of him.
- Requirements: young man who looks 19 years old. Present on set 2 out of 3 shooting days.
- Preference: thin build and in possession of colorful, diverse, eccentric clothing. If you do not meet these preferences, we would still like to receive your application!

Lecturer
An experienced teacher who has been working at the art academy for many years.
- Requirements: male or female between 25 and 60 years old. Small role in 1 scene. Present on set 1 out of 3 shooting days.
