MorocColors is a creative and connecting online platform that aims to build a positive bridge between Moroccans and Dutch society with videos. We create inspiring content about culture, entrepreneurship, stories of ordinary people and current themes - always with a positive tone and an eye for connection.

For our new series of street interviews and shorts, we are looking for someone who can edit short, catchy videos with a love of image and rhythm for use on social media such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts and regular YouTube video content.

Description
A creative editor with a sense of timing, storytelling and social media formats. You:
- Know how to make short videos engaging from the first second
- Can work with subtitles, music and short formats
- Thinks about style, tempo and form
- Works smoothly in e.g. DaVinci Resolve (preferred), Premiere Pro, CapCut or another tool
- Have a good sense of what works online
- Are you communicative, reliable and enthusiastic?

An affinity with inclusion, culture and social issues is a bonus!

Job requirements / profile
- You can edit short videos independently
- You work with editing software such as DaVinci Resolve (preferred), Premiere Pro, Final Cut or CapCut
- You know how to add subtitles and create visual rhythm
- You can handle (raw) images of street interviews
- You have a feeling for what works online in terms of style and format
- You think about the creative approach
- You can communicate and collaborate with a small team
