This short film tells the story of a son who takes his dying parent (father or mother) outside to die. A sensory, silent film that wants to bring the audience closer to death - not as something scary, but as something intimate and meaningful.

What do we offer?
The budget is very limited and we hope above all that someone will see the value of the project and will participate for a small fee. Of course there is room for guidance and all care and comfort on the set.

Description
For this film we are looking for an actor or actress who is as old as possible to play the role of a dying parent. We are looking for someone who is as old as possible and truly embodies old age.

In addition, it is important that the actor or actress is not too heavy so that he or she can be lifted by another actor.

It is not a conventional role as the character is about to die and therefore there is no verbal communication (no dialogue). The style of the film focuses more on small details and expressions. So the acting is mostly in a certain look or small gesture.

Experience is not a requirement.
