We are in pre-production for a poetic short film titled “Until Next Time” a 2–3 minute visual story exploring memory, emotion, and the quiet space between holding on and letting go. Think Past Lives, Waves, and Euphoria.

We urgently need a Producer to join our small, passionate team and help get everything ready and structured for both pre-production and production.

Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Producer who can step in quickly and help us get all logistics, budget, and planning in place. You’ll be the organizational backbone of the project, ensuring the shoot runs smoothly so the creative team can focus on bringing the story to life.

• Available to start as soon as possible (preferably next week)
• Confident with planning, budgeting, and coordinating a film shoot
• Comfortable taking initiative and problem-solving on the spot
• Based in or near Amsterdam
• Excited to work on a passionate, collaborative, low-budget project and see it through from prep to wrap

Job requirements / profile
• Finalize and help manage the budget
• Create a clear production plan and timeline
• Draft the shooting schedule
• Check if permits are needed (especially for public scenes)
• Prepare and share call sheets
• Organize transport and van rental
• Coordinate catering
• Be the main point of contact for cast and crew
• Assign someone for the clapboard/slate
