JOB DESCRIPTION – DIRECTOR
What will you do:
• The goal of the role is to manage and lead the Association towards the realisation of its mission and to carry out ACE Producers’ high-quality vision to deliver Europe’s premier executive training to producers and the ACE Network, as laid out by the ACE Board
• The Director is the principal representative of the Association and as such is the organisational leader, defining the overall scope of the organisation and allocating resources to deliver the vision, providing forward-looking leadership to enable the Association to continue to progress and where appropriate grow
• The Director will work closely with a Head of Studies to be appointed by ACE Producers’ Board in Autumn 2025
• The Director will define the overall structure of training programmes with Head of Studies/team, delegating the more detailed structure of programmes and topics to Head of Studies
• The Director will be present as overall organisational leader at key points during the different ACE Producers’ Annual Programme workshops and Annual Reunions, overseeing how training is delivered and ensuring the high quality of programmes for which the association is known
Duties include:
