We're making a short film to raise money for Serious Request – a valuable and creative project with impact, and a great addition to your resume!

The film tells the story of Rafael, a talented young footballer with big dreams. Along with his best friend Milan, he works tirelessly to reach the top. But when Rafael experiences increasing pain in his legs, his future suddenly becomes uncertain. The diagnosis: Becker Myotonia, a hereditary muscle disease.

Rafael is falling on hard times. He can barely play football anymore, and tensions in his friendships are mounting. But then his mother gives him a letter from his deceased grandfather—a man who suffered from the same illness. His grandfather's words, along with the support of those around him, slowly but surely help Rafael to look forward again.

A story about adversity, resilience, and the power of connection – with the aim of raising awareness and money for a good cause.

What do we offer?
Since we're trying to raise as much money as possible for Serious Request 2025, this project is unpaid. There's no compensation, unfortunately not even for transportation.

On the other hand, this is a fantastic project to put on your resume. We also provide excellent catering, a comfortable atmosphere on set, and you can gain more acting experience and meet more actors and filmmakers.
We provide enough food, drinks, blankets, etc. every day to ensure everyone is comfortable.

Rafael: 16 years old, crazy about football, introverted, diagnosed with Becker Myotonia.
Milan: 17 years old, best friend of Rafael, extrovert, also loves football, naive, funny, optimist.
Elin: 18 years old, sister of Rafael, annoying, curious, funny.
Puck: 16 years old, likes Rafael (mutually), sweet, likes to chat, they met at a party.
Natasha: 42 years old, mother of Rafael and Elin, strict but in a good way, caring and quickly delivered, greatest support for Rafael.
Tom: 35 years old, coach of the football team, stress-headed, only relaxed when the team wins, pushy.
Doctor: 25 years old, gives Rafael the diagnosis and explains everything, makes jokes to improve the atmosphere (doesn't work).

Football buddies: These are extras/featured extras. Most also have some lines.

**All roles besides Rafael can be played by either gender!!**
