In a war-torn nation where television is the only escape, glamorous showgirl June Carter — known to the world as Junie Ray — stars in the government’s dazzling propaganda show Goodnight! Nation, hosted by the ever-smiling Mr. Day. Each night, she sings to keep citizens distracted while bombs fall outside. But when her rebel ex-lover Neo returns, June begins to see the ghosts behind the applause — the truth she’s helped conceal. Haunted by her own silence, she must choose between the safety of illusion and the deadly cost of truth. A haunting dystopian drama about complicity, spectacle, and the lies we learn to live in.
