MillitzFilm stands for Timo Millitz. He was born in 1983 in Emmen (east of the Netherlands) as a product of a Dutch-Czech mother and a Romanian-Yugoslavian father. He moved to Amsterdam when he was 3 years old. After almost 20 years growing up in Amsterdam he moved again to study map making in Utrecht.

During his study Timo Millitz started making videos. First just for fun, later on more and more serious. After studying he made a professional switch from the map making to film making. He did soms music videos, as well as working for the music platform 3voor12 and New Sounds of Europe.

MillitzFilm is based in Utrecht, The Netherlands.
