Maartje Bakers has been working as a director since 2002 and has also been a teacher at the Utrecht School of the Arts since that year. She has been working as a producer since 2006.

- Does' hurry. Radio documentary about theater director Johan Doesburg. Screenplay and directing. Commissioned by VPRO/De Evenings.
