I have recently been looking for a new challenge in my career. After seventeen years of entrepreneurship, I have decided to do something new.
I will soon stop my catering company and Tearoom. Before that, I worked for 7 years as a Consumer Technology teacher at the Hotel School in Amsterdam.

I would ideally like to remain active in this industry, strengthen a cooking program team behind the scenes; if they are simply understaffed, or need someone to arrange things.

As a born Croatian (living in the Netherlands since 1974), I am fluent in Dutch, spoken and written. I am 54 years old.
