Milton Alvarez is an autonomous art photographer who does not shy away from reality. Where others see darkness and death, he sees hope and life. Life is not self-evident and after death we leave something behind. There is life in our legacy alone.
He does not shy away from depicting the gray area of society in artistic photos. Illegal refugees, for example. He shows that for these people a life in hiding can also be very hopeful.
He also sees life in still lifes. Like flowers, of which only one is still standing. Why this particular flower? In this way he shows that life and death are not in our hands, but in those of a greater power, God.

Milton Alvarez is a storyteller. With his apparently normal photos, he mainly wants to make people feel and ask themselves: What do I see here? What is happening here?
