My name is Abdessamad Taounza, I am 29 years old and a Moroccan Dutch Rotterdamer in heart and soul, so don't talk but brush. 3 years ago I enjoyed an internal training as a cameraman at the Media Werkplaats Rotterdam (MWR) and since then I can't keep my eyes off a camera. At the MWR I learned the trade from the director Robert Jan Brouwers.

At the MWR I was able to work on large projects for the Rotterdam municipality such as "DAAD in BEELD", (making online resume videos for employers) and on the 39-part TV series about the most cozy and cultural street in Rotterdam: Het secret of the West Kruiskade. I also worked on corporate films for Woonstad, assisted with some short films and did research for the documentary.

My pioneering spirit is constantly motivating me to set up innovative projects. Whether it's developing a business plan for a pop-up store, devising a format for a documentary or exhibit, I simply get up and do it. I like to get the most out of things. Intense curiosity drives me in everything I do, which is why I often take a different path to others. I am honest and persistent, with an eye for detail. I also have a large network and forge links quickly.

I have a wide range of interests, a good written and spoken command of Dutch, English, Arabic, an excellent communicator.
