I am currently taking the Light Assistance course at the Film Academy. I thought it would be nice to expand my knowledge about light and thus be able to offer a wider range of skills in addition to my completed Photography training at the Willem de Kooning Academy. My interest in film/filming has always been great, but the resources for me personally were limited. Now that you can also film with DSLR cameras, this has become a lot more accessible to me. Still, I think it would be very cool to learn more about film camera, I do that now by assisting as much as possible. I am also very interested in learning more about editing and color grading.
In short, I can and want to go in many directions, because I don't want to limit myself to one niche.
