Hellen has over 25 years of international work experience in social projects and in the entertainment and lifestyle industry. In the Netherlands, she founded the successful Urban Connection in 2001, with the aim of empowering disadvantaged young people through film, music and art camps. She has been a member of the Screening Committee for several years: Beyond Borders: Diversity in Cannes
