My name is Bas van Nienes and I've been involved with everything that has to do with images since I could walk. Telling stories and creating through moving images is what I love to do most.
In addition to my work as a filmmaker and editor, I am a musician and singer-songwriter. I prefer to combine my two passions filmmaking and music. In recent years I have produced many videos with my band DANSU. The video I fully produced for the song DO DO DO has now been viewed more than 2 million times on youtube.
In addition to my own video productions, I regularly do commissioned work and, together with the client, I look for the most beautiful and strongest way to communicate a good visual story.
In short, I am always looking for new challenges and I try to keep renewing myself!
