the pre-selection for the film festival 4 Tuned Cities has begun!

'4 Tuned Cities' is Skopje’s most off the beaten track festival, fully dedicated to independent film and visual arts. The manifestation is part of a project consisting of 4 different festivals taking place in four cities: Sarajevo, Pristina, Amsterdam, and Skopje.

We are looking for interesting Dutch short films aimed at experimental and strong vision on social aspects. The final selection will be part of the dutch program that will be shown in Skopje, Sarajevo, Amsterdam and Pristina.

Requirements:

1) Films must be completed after 1 January 2007.
2) The Maximum Running Time is 30 minutes
3) The Films should have English subtitles or English spoken
