Supported Salesforce Dreamforce from the MCR as a Production Coordinator and PA, coordinating the project alongside three other concurrent productions. I managed production communications, logistics, and operational requirements across multiple teams, supporting projects with up to 150 people at a time. Working across several productions simultaneously strengthened my ability to prioritise, communicate clearly, and keep complex production operations running smoothly in a high-pressure live environment.
