New Voices - Kenya/Tanzania (2007)

I shot the documentary New Voices during the time I was living in Nairobi, Kenya. This is the first filmproject I produced and financed by myself. I got sponsorship from the Dutch NGO Oxfam Novib and they helped me promote the film as well. It has been used in a Dutch educational project teaching secondary school children about the lives of their fellow pupils abroad. It's still being shown every now and then at festivals, often together with Zenji Flava.
