Portuguese actress living between The Netherlands and Portugal, and working in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
My foundation was built in physical theatre. I did five years of staged poetry performances, solo pieces choreographed around poems and internal monologues, and performed across Portugal and Spain.
That experience taught me how much I loved being present with an audience, and led me to a physical theatre and improvisation course at ITACA Leiden, and now to Meisner technique trainings with Leila Gray in Amsterdam, which have been some of the most rewarding work in recent years.
I don't yet have film experience, but it's a space I'm eager to step into. I bring the same commitment and presence from live performance to whatever I do next.
