Caitlin Janssens

I’m a media and production professional with hands-on experience supporting live broadcasts, events, and creative productions from pre-production through to delivery. I’ve worked across production coordination, crew and equipment logistics, call sheets, catering, live show operations, and MCR support, collaborating with international production, technical, and creative teams. My experience ranges from live sports and music festivals to corporate livestreams and commercial productions, and I’m comfortable working in fast-paced environments where clear communication, organisation, and attention to detail are essential. With a Bachelor’s degree in Media and Culture from the University of Amsterdam (Cum Laude), as well as experience in media production, marketing, and content creation, I bring both practical production skills and a strong understanding of the creative process. I’m people-focussed, proactive, and always happy to get stuck in wherever a production needs support.

I am an aspiring producer with 1 year of experience working as a production coordinator and production assistant for onsite live-streamed events and in control rooms for broadcasted live shows
