This is Vincent from Assembly in Motion.
I’ve been meeting a lot of directors and producers who are looking to crew up local, independent film projects, but are having a hard time finding crew.
So, I’m in the process of putting together the A.I.M. Indie Film Crew Database.
It’s focused on crew and behind-the-scenes collaborators such as editors, DPs, producers, sound, camera dept, post, and more, especially international and English-speaking creatives based in the Netherlands. As there are plenty of talent databases out there already, we'll be focusing on crew only.
