The Dutch feature film "Donkey Days," directed by Rosanne Pel, will have its world premiere at the Locarno Film Festival's main competition. The Dutch co-productions "Desire Lines," "The Birthday Party," and "Becoming" will also be part of the festival program. "Donkey Days," produced by Floor Onrust and co-produced with Junafilm, tells the story of two sisters vying for their mother's attention and making mysterious discoveries in their childhood home. The festival runs from August 6th to 16th.
