Videotheek Club Pet, an initiative of collector Patrick "Pet" van de Luijtgaarden, has opened in Utrecht. Inspired by Club VHS in Amsterdam, this non-profit video store offers a second life to discarded DVDs. Housed in a shipping container next to the Rabobank headquarters, the store is open every Thursday. Visitors can borrow DVDs for free and watch films in VIP cinema seats. Van de Luijtgaarden emphasizes the social aspect and the circulation of DVDs to promote sustainability.
