Ella van der Woude has composed the music for Charlie Kaufman's new film, "How to Shoot a Ghost," which premieres on March 10th at the Eye Film Museum. Van der Woude, a Dutch-Swiss composer, was initially surprised to be asked to direct this short film. The film, with its experimental and poetic character, required a more narrative musical style, utilizing piano, cello, and saxophone. The music is available on vinyl starting today.
