Documentary filmmaker Sahar Meradji dives into the world of young people aged 15 to 25 growing up in an era where drug use is becoming increasingly commonplace, with the three-part series *Nachtkinderen* showing their experiences from the inside rather than analyzing them from an external perspective. The Videoland Original, produced by Man op de Maan and directed by Meradji together with Jan Hendrik Smeenge, portrays not only pain and numbness, but also the friendships, music, and searching that define this generation. The series will be available to stream in its entirety on Videoland starting May 27.
