The Netherlands is prominently represented at SXSW London in June, with Dutch entries spanning XR, short films, and co-productions. In the XR competition, Cycle by Amit Palgi and Matunda Groenendijk has been selected, an immersive VR poem that reveals hidden life patterns through dance and animation, while Lesbian Simulator by Iris van der Meule combines the experiences of a lesbian girl with interactive play in the XR Spotlight section. The short film program includes Feedback by Nico van den Brink and How To Dance by Aileen Ye, which explores movement as resistance. Dutch co-productions such as Becoming by Zhannat Alshanova, Amoeba by Siyou Tan, Gaza's Twins, Come Back to Me by Mohammed Sawwaf, and Memory by Vladlena Sandu complete the broad Dutch presence.
