On Thursday, May 28, the event NFF Extended: Mental Health in Focus took place at the Eye Filmmuseum in Amsterdam. Through a keynote and two panel discussions, it was explored how openness and storytelling surrounding mental health can strengthen the film sector. The program focused on the psychological well-being of filmmakers and concrete areas for improvement that can make the sector mentally healthier, while the afternoon provided a platform for exchange on themes becoming increasingly relevant within the Dutch film world.
