The Netherlands Film Fund and the Flanders Audiovisual Fund have selected two majority Flemish co-productions for a contribution: the feature film Hasse by director Jan Matthys with a screenplay by Tamara Bos, which receives a contribution of €200,000, and the documentary Hello?! by Sofie Benoot, which is awarded €50,000. Hasse, produced by Bulletproof Cupid with Flinck Film among the Dutch co-producers, is set in 1480 and follows a young girl who becomes a mercenary in a patriarchal society, while Hello?!, via Quetzalcoatl and co-producers Atoms & Void and GROM Productions, offers a meditation on care and listening.
