The Film Fund has selected 14 projects for the second round of Studio Caribe, including 12 projects from Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, and Sint Maarten, and 2 from Suriname, which was able to participate for the first time thanks to additional funding from the International Cultural Policy. The committee selected these projects from 88 submitted applications, whereby the selected filmmakers will receive coaching, training, and workshops in addition to financial support to develop their film plan. The program starts in September 2026, after which 7 projects will be eligible for a realization grant.
