The crime film *Zwijgrecht*, the directorial debut of Jelle Posthuma, has won the Golden Film award after more than 100,000 cinema-goers saw the film, in which two Amsterdam childhood friends become entangled in port and drug crime as drug couriers. Posthuma and producer Safoan Mokhtari received the award during a meeting at distributor WW Entertainment in Amsterdam, where the Golden Film Award is an initiative of the Netherlands Film Festival supported by the Netherlands Film Fund and the Abraham Tuschinski Fund. It is the eighth Golden Film awarded to a Dutch production this year.
