The Netherlands Film Fund and the Mondriaan Fund have selected four projects by visual artists for De Korte Verbeelding, a scheme introduced in 2021 as a COVID support measure that stimulates the realization of short films between five and sixty minutes that operate at the intersection of film and visual art. The selected films must have the artistic potential to be selected for screening by (inter)national film festivals, galleries, museums, or online platforms, with this new round following a successful first edition of the scheme.
