The eight-part crime comedy **Bovensloters**, developed by director Ivo van Aart and screenwriter Daan Windhorst, will be available in its entirety on NPO Start starting July 23. When Brabant drug lord Jacques van Iersel dies, a power vacuum arises in which anthropologist Jamie and drug criminal Petra, played by Na Young Jeon and Margôt Ros, form an unlikely alliance that permanently disrupts their mutual relations. At the same time, secret lover The Baroness and heir Junior claim the empire, while their personal agendas destabilize the organization rather than strengthen it. The series is a co-production of PowNed and NewBe, based on the book *We Regel het zelf wel* by Bram Endedijk.
