Serial Killer, the International Festival of TV and Web Series, takes place this year from September 23 to 28 in Brno, Czech Republic. The ninth edition opens with Cell Block B and closes with All for My Son. The festival features two competitive sections: Primetime Killer, focusing on Central and Eastern European series, and the new section Czech Killer, exclusively for Czech productions. The International Panorama section presents six European series, including The Anatomy of a Moment by Alberto Rodríguez and Burden of Justice by Lisa Linnertorp. National program lines highlight Icelandic and Dutch series. The accompanying TV Days program includes masterclasses, case studies, and the MIDPOINT Series Launch workshop.
