Sixteen IFFR 2026 films have been nominated for a Golden Calf at the Netherlands Film Festival, which takes place in Utrecht from September 25 to October 2. Three titles emerged from the RTM program. Regen in Augustus by Ashley Röttjers, winner of the RTM Pitch 2025, had its world premiere during the RTM Day. The Liminal Zone by Rutger Wolfson was presented as a live AV performance with Klankvorm. This is Your Captain Speaking by Nienke Deutz and Digna van der Put was the focus of an RTM Masterclass. Stand Up by Mari Sanders and Sugar by Amira Duynhouwer were previously screened on the IFFR Pro platform Darkroom.
