Club VHS, the only video rental store in Amsterdam, is launching a crowdfunding campaign for €15,000. Founders Ismay Dotinga and Eli Knijff want to expand the selection of 3,000 unstreamable titles and invest in a professional point-of-sale system, merchandise, and improved marketing. The video rental store, located in the Eye Filmmuseum, is run by seven volunteers and collaborates with partners such as Cinekid and FC Hyena.
