Leonard Henny, Dutch sociologist and guerrilla filmmaker, filmed anti-Vietnam protests in California in the late 1960s while working during the day at the Stanford Research Institute. His personal archive, including a Bolex camera and gas mask, was recently donated to Eye by his family. At the Eye International Conference, curator Simona Monizza and film historian Nico de Klerk shed light on his life.
