The short comedy thriller Off Road by filmmakers Martijn Smits and Erwin van den Eshof won an award last weekend at the international film festival Film by the Sea in Vlissingen.
The black comedy Off Road, starring Kenan Raven, is about a paranoid man who gets into a fight with his GPS.

The film won both the DELTA Young Talent Award for best short film and the audience award during the national competition for filmmakers aged 14 to 35. In addition to the award, the duo received 1,000 euros. The jury of the DELTA Young Talent Award consists of Hugo Metsers, Monic Hendrickx, Pieter Verhoeff, Matthijs van de Sande Bakhuyzen, and Thomas Acda. Filmmakers Martijn Smits and Erwin van den Eshof are both responsible for the screenplay and direction.
