Lichtmacht is the lighting specialist for TV, film, commercials, and events. Based in Hilversum, we rent out lighting equipment, provide experienced lighting technicians, and shoot productions in our own studios. From daily studio programs to large international (reality) formats: if lighting is involved, we are on the floor. Our motto: lighting with substance. Description
A lighting/AV technician intern (MBO or HBO) who wants to work on a major national TV production. You are curious, proactive, and not afraid of an early start or a long shooting day. A set appeals to you more than a desk. A B driver's license is a plus.

Period
August 31 to September 26, 2026, on location abroad. Extension is possible for the period required by your study program — after which you will join us on productions in the Netherlands. Full-time; on location, the days are long, and working hours and weekends deviate from office hours.

Job requirements / profile
What you do:
- On location: setup, cabling, rigging, and dismantling
- Assisting the lighting technician during shooting days
- Review and contribute ideas to the lighting plan

What to bring:
- MBO level 3/4 or HBO, specializing in stage & event technology, AV or media technology
- Interest in lighting and TV production
- No fear of heights and no problem with physical work
- Flexible working hours and a team player
- Prepared to sign a confidentiality agreement (common in TV productions)
