For our passion project, we're looking for an editor to take the footage we've already filmed and shape it into the final short film.

All filming has been completed, so the role is entirely focused on post-production.

What we offer
This is a passion project / semi-professional production, and the project has largely been made possible through favors and people volunteering their time. Unfortunately, this means we can't offer a large budget.

We will make sure any agreed expenses are covered, and of course you'll receive proper credit for your work.

If you're looking to gain more experience in film editing, want to experiment with a slightly unconventional visual style, or simply think it sounds like a fun project to collaborate on, we'd love to hear from you.

We've finished filming our short film about Orpheus, told in a modern, slightly trippy style. Everything has now been shot, and we're looking for an editor to help us turn the footage into the finished film.

Job requirements / profile
We're looking for someone who:

- Has experience editing narrative or short-film material
- Has a good sense of storytelling, pacing and visual rhythm
- Is interested in a modern, slightly trippy visual style
- Can work independently while collaborating with the director
- Is available to start soon

Experience with sound design, color grading or VFX is a plus, but not essential.
