On Wednesday, September 30, 2026, PEX Detachering is organizing a small-scale business video production for PEX Academy at the World Trade Center Rotterdam. During the filming day, we will record approximately nine short videos. Part of this consists of presentations based on pre-prepared scripts. In addition, several professionals will be interviewed about their work within the social sector.

What we offer
A paid freelance assignment within a well-prepared and small-scale corporate production. The location, participants, schedule, scripts, and interview questions are organized by PEX. An interviewer/creative supervisor and a production assistant are present on the filming day. The fee is agreed upon in advance based on a fixed price for camerawork and a separate price for editing and delivery.

Description
We are looking for an experienced and independent full-service videographer who can handle the complete technical management of the filming day and subsequently edit the recorded videos and deliver them individually. You possess your own suitable camera, lighting, and sound equipment and can professionally record both presentations and short interviews.

Period
The assignment will take place on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at the World Trade Center Rotterdam, Beursplein 37. Please be present for setup and technical tests from approximately 1:30 PM. Filming will take place from approximately 2:15 PM to 7:00 PM. The editing date and final delivery deadline will be agreed upon in advance.

Job requirements / profile
Bringing and setting up suitable camera, lighting, and sound equipment;
Setting up a suitable and consistent recording setup;
Recording presentations and short interviews;
Monitoring image and sound quality throughout the entire recording day;
Ability to work independently and calmly within a tight schedule;
* Safely store and back up all shooting;
Editing and delivering the final videos separately;
* Processing one joint correction round;
Experience with business videos, interviews, or similar productions;
