House wanted as film location

In the month of October, we are going to make a film for Achmea; for this, we need a house as a filming location.

The house in the film is the main character's house. He wakes up, makes coffee, looks out the window (preferably the living room or kitchen overlooking a busy road), and leaves the house.
Probably finished in half to three-quarters of a day of shooting.
The house needs to have a somewhat spacious layout so that the camera can move easily.

What we offer
There is reasonable compensation for this.
