The film WEEMOED & WILDERNIS by Digna Sinke, produced by SNG Film, has received the prize for the best documentary at the Neue Heimat Festival in Freistadt (Austria). In Weemoed & Wildernis, Digna Sinke follows the changes in the landscape on the island of Tiengemeten over a period of 13 years from a personal poetic perspective in which transience and temporality are the central themes.
The film also received the prize for best documentary in Paris at the Festival International du Film d'Environnement.
