As of September, Filmstart has entered into a partnership with Foei Productions. Foei Productions is an all-round styling agency specializing in art direction & style management. The company, with an impressive track record, is the new partner for the Art Department section of the Filmstart Industry Guide. Foei Productions takes over from Props & Zo BV, which was the sponsor of the former Filmstart Art Department section for more than two years.

The FIlmstart Industry Guide is the new guide for Dutch film and TV professionals launched in July 2011. The new version of the section includes news about production design, job vacancies, and a dedicated art department bulletin board. All film professionals and companies can sign up for the page and subsequently appear in the relevant sections of the site. Foei Productions itself works in a wide variety of fields; from television series to commercials, from styling for ordinary people to high-end fashionistas, from "concept to realization and from interiors to events".
