No Another 48 Hours and certainly no Eddie Murphy, unless you manage to snag him for your film, of course. The 48 Hour Project is a worldwide competition in which, in 2009, in 70 cities
around 8,000 filmmakers make a short film within 48 hours.

The first edition of 2009 takes place in Breda, so the festival immediately has a first to its name.
On the weekend before the festival, on Friday, March 20, the teams will hear what their assignment will be. All teams receive an identical character, a line of text, and an object. In all films, they must

Lighting, sound, acting, directing, scriptwriting: you and your team have to pull it all off together. 48 hours later, you hand in your work, tired (and hopefully satisfied).

International Film Festival Breda is a new festival for professionals, the public, the creative industry, and artists: a meeting place where, over four days, you come into contact with all forms of visual culture and, above all, many new films with numerous premieres.
