The Bluegrass Band BLUE DEW has had their own feature film made by Sindala Filmproducties.
The performance is a unique blend of feature film, music, and storytelling.
The band plays live during the film, in which the musicians take the lead roles in their own self-made story. Singer/narrator John Beumer tells the story of a little girl growing up during American Prohibition who gets caught between her alcoholic mother and her unknown father.

The film/performance can still be booked a number of times in theaters and art-house cinemas in 2010.
The premiere took place during the FilmFrater Festival in Zwolle (13-11-2009)
