For the Municipality of Utrecht, Het Portaal organizes the film competition 'Utrecht: mijn stad, mijn stem – 2010' for young people aged 18 to 25 in and around Utrecht.

The direct goal of the films is to portray the message "that is why I vote for my city" in a unique, innovative, and original way.

There are two categories:
animation and real live
