As a volunteer you get to know the largest documentary festival in the world from the inside, you are jointly responsible for its successful course and you get to know all kinds of new people who, just like you, love documentaries or festivals. In addition, with a minimum of eight shifts you get an employee pass, which allows you to watch as many films as you want outside of your shifts.
Volunteers are indispensable for IDFA and work in different teams such as theater staff, car service, ticket sales or as office assistants. We are also looking for room and location managers.
